2009 Memory Walk…

This year I will be walking in the 2009 Memory Walk for Alzheimer’s, Saturday October 17 in Finlay Park (Columbia, SC). Alzheimer’s is a disease that I have seen effect my family and will hopefully see a cure for one day. Donations of any amount are welcomed and very much appreciated, but only if you have it to give. Most of all though I just want to create awareness about this disease and its effects. Thanks,

Alzheimer’s “Is a progressive and fatal brain disease. As many as 5.3 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s disease. Alzheimer’s destroys brain cells, causing problems with memory, thinking and behavior severe enough to affect work, lifelong hobbies or social life. Alzheimer’s gets worse over time, and it is fatal. Today it is the seventh-leading cause of death in the United States.”

To sum it up, Kelis is requesting more financial aid from Nas after a judge last month ordered Nas to pay over $44,000 a month in child and spousal support. Kelis is now asking for $17,225.00 a month in child support, $72,728.00 in spousal support, retro child support of $29,522.00, and retro spousal support of $281,571.
